You can customize the character limit for your campaign messages on the Settings > Campaign Settings > Character Limit page to align with your preferences, billing, or company policy.
Note: This setting is available to admins only. By locking this setting at the organization or branch account level, the character limit will be applied to all of the accounts below it.
The default limit for TextUs accounts is 480 characters, but you can set it anywhere between 160 and 1,440 characters. To make changes, adjust the slider to your desired limit, then click Save to update your settings.
