You can customize the character limit for your outbound messages on Settings > Messaging Settings > Privacy > Character limits to align with your company's preferences or policies.
Note: This setting is available to admins only. By locking this setting at the organization or branch account level, the character limit will be applied to all of the accounts below it.
Use the top slider to set your character limit. The default limit for TextUs accounts is 480 characters, but you can set it anywhere between 160 and 1,440 characters. To make changes, adjust the slider to your desired limit, then click Save to update your settings.
