Based on customer feedback, we have made enhancements to our login experience for the web app. When users log in to the web app, they will now be routed directly to their default inbox. This update provides users with quick access to their inbox, allowing them to immediately access their messages and streamline their workflow.
For users with access to multiple inboxes, they will still be directed to the dashboard page as usual unless they have set a default account. TextUs recommends these users set a default account if they wish to be routed directly to that inbox upon login. As a note, any admins or users that only have access to a organization account will still be directed to the dashboard as usual.
To set your default account: Go to your Basic Profile settings, select your Default Account, then click Save. If you do not see this option, you can also set your default account by going to the accounts dropdown in the top-right corner of the web app, hovering your cursor over the account, and clicking the house icon.
