Stage and engagement scores

We're excited to introduce Stage and Engagement Scores, a new feature designed to help you effectively prioritize and focus your attention where it matters most. Not every conversation in your inbox deserves the same urgency. These new scores give you an instant, AI-powered read on each contact's lifecycle stage and engagement level, so you can spend less time sorting and more time having the right conversations.

Both scores are visible directly on the Contact details side panel, accessible from any conversation in your Inbox or from the Contacts page.

Advanced inbox filtering

Shortly after release we identified an issue with inbox filtering not performing as expected under real-world usage to reflect our new stage and engage data.

We have temporarily disabled this feature while our team resolves the issue. If you previously had access to this feature, it is no longer available until the fix is confirmed and the feature is re-released.

Lifecycle Stage and Engagement Scoring in the contact details panel are unaffected and remain fully accessible.

We'll update this article as soon as Advanced inbox filtering is ready to re-release.

We've added a new inbox filter with options across message status, engagement score, lifecycle stage, and attachments. You can combine multiple filters at once, making it easy to build a precise view of your inbox without any manual scanning.
