We’ve updated the Contact details side panel for better ease of use. All information is now organized within Overview, Notes and Files tabs. An additional Integration tab will be visible if the contact is connected to an integration.

To explore the new layout, visit your Inbox or Contacts pages and select a contact or conversation. For updated instructions on how to edit a contact within the new interface, please see Edit a contact.
