We're excited to announce that org admins can now organize their TextUs organization themselves, right from Team Management. Previously, creating a branch or moving a messaging account to a different branch meant contacting TextUs Support and waiting for the change. Now it takes a few clicks.

The new My organization tab shows your whole organization as a tree of branches and messaging accounts. From there you can create and rename branches, move messaging accounts between branches, add team members, and request new phone numbers, one at a time or in bulk with a CSV file. You no longer need to add a user when you create an account. Discarding an account now has a 24-hour window to change your mind, and the new Pending tab tracks requested numbers, scheduled discards, and invited team members in one place.
