If your Bullhorn password, username, or API credentials change, update them in TextUs too. Until they match, texts won't log to Bullhorn.
Before you start
You'll need to be an organization admin in TextUs. Integrations only show up for org admins, not account-level admins.
Have your new Bullhorn credentials handy. Username changes and new API credentials (client ID and secret) come from Bullhorn Support.
Step 1: Go to Settings
Log in to TextUs and click Settings in the top menu.
Step 2: Open Integrations
In the left menu, under Organization Settings, click Integrations.
Don't see Integrations? Use the account switcher at the top of the left menu to switch to your organization account.
Step 3: Click Manage on Bullhorn
Give the Bullhorn tile a few seconds to load, then click Manage.
Step 4: Enter your new credentials
On the General tab, under Authentication, enter your new Password and/or Username.
If Bullhorn sent you new API credentials, enter the Client ID and Client Secret too.
Click Save. This turns the integration back on automatically.
Note: Only change the fields that are new. Leave Data Center as it is.
Step 5: Make sure it's working
Go back to Settings > Integrations and check that Bullhorn shows as Active.
Send a test text and confirm it logs as a note in Bullhorn.
Keep your credentials safe
Please don't email your credentials to us or anyone else. You can enter them yourself using the steps above.
Need a hand?
Can’t reset your password or unlock a user: contact Bullhorn Support with the subject line “API Password Request.”
Password successfully updated but the integration still fails: contact TextUs support.
