Retargeting a campaign recipient list helps you re-engage with contacts you've previously sent a campaign message to. For example, you can retarget all contacts who have not replied to your campaign message, or reattempt to send a campaign message if the message is undelivered.
To retarget a campaign to a group of contacts:
Go to the Campaigns page and click the One Time tab.
Select a completed campaign from the list.
Select the contacts you want to send the retargeted campaign.
On the batch actions toolbar, click the Send Campaign icon.
On the Select Recipients menu, you can use the optional filter settings to exclude any contacts who have previously received the same campaign.
Click Next.
Enter a title and a message for the campaign. You can use the message options to add any customizations you’d like, such as your signature, emojis, or personalizations.
Click Next.
On the Review and Send page, review the message preview for your campaign, then complete the following steps:
Use the Date and Time drop downs to schedule when your campaign message will be sent. If you want your campaign to send immediately, leave the settings at the default date and time.
Use the Assign me to campaign conversations toggle to be automatically assigned to the campaign-related conversations. This setting allows you to easily view any campaign responses directly in your inbox.
Click Send Campaign.
