When conversation exports are enabled, admin users can export a conversation with a contact as a CSV file to their email inbox. The CSV file includes all the inbound and outbound messages, the user details, and timestamps of each message. To learn how to export a conversation, see Export a Conversation.

Note: This setting is available to admins and org admins only. You can configure this setting for all accounts in your organization by logging in as an admin and configuring this setting on your organization account.

To configure your conversation export settings, go to the Settings > Inbox Settings > Conversation Export page and use the Enable Conversation Exports toggle to enable (blue) or disable (gray) conversation exports.
