Change your password

If you need to reset your password, click the Forgot your password? link on the login screen of the TextUs web app. Once you enter your email and click Send me a link, an email will be sent to your inbox with a link to reset your password.

If you're using Bullhorn Messaging, you should request your password change on the Bullhorn Messaging login screen instead of the TextUs web app in order to properly set your credentials.

Additional troubleshooting tips

If you are still having difficulty resetting your password, try the troubleshooting tips below:

  • Copy and paste the password reset URL provided to you via email, rather than clicking the link directly.

  • It may be easier to open your email inbox using a web browser, rather than an email application (such as Microsoft Outlook) to retrieve the password reset email.

  • If you use the password reset link three times in a row without successfully resetting your password, the Send me a link option will be locked. If the option has been locked, contact TextUs Support for assistance.
