You can view your conversation history with a contact by going to the Contacts page and clicking an individual contact from the list. On the Contact details side panel, click Message to view your messaging history with that contact.
You can also use the Contact details side panel to manage tags, groups, and notes.
Tip: For multi-user inboxes, you can view all conversations with the contact in the Other conversations section.
