If you are having issues with the new TextUs Chrome extension, you can disable the TextUs Chrome extension and re-enable the legacy TextUs Next Extension by completing the following steps:
At the top right of your Google Chrome browser, click the three dot
menu and select Extensions > Manage extensions.
To disable the TextUs Chrome Extension, set the toggle to disable (gray).
To enable the classic version, set the toggle to enable (blue) under TextUs Next Extension (Legacy).
How to access the classic TextUs Next extension
After re-enabling the TextUs Next Extension, you can access it by clicking the Extensions icon in your browser, selecting TextUs Next Extension (Legacy), then selecting Open Slideout.
