What’s new in Greenhouse V3
Automatic contact syncing. Automatically import candidates and sync key candidate data such as job ID, candidate status, job stage, and more directly to TextUs. With access to the most up-to-date information, teams can better manage their candidate communications with confidence.
Access Greenhouse candidate records. Save time by quickly opening the Greenhouse candidate record directly from TextUs. This ensures teams have easy access to the full candidate profile at any time.
Log conversations in batches. Consolidate conversation records with batch note logging for more cohesive notes that are easier to review.
TextUs is excited to provide a deeper integration with the Greenhouse ATS to allow recruiting teams to communicate with candidates more efficiently through the hiring process and beyond.

Important Note: Customers currently using the Greenhouse V2 integration will need to move to the Greenhouse V3 integration by August 31, 2024. TextUs will remove support for the Greenhouse V2 integration on September 1, 2024.
