After you have created and activated your sequence, you can start enrolling contacts in your sequence. The main way to enroll contacts in your sequence is:
Go to Automation > Sequences.
Select the sequence you want to add a contact to, then click the Contacts tab.
Click + Contacts to expand the Enroll Contacts menu.
Enter the contact’s name, tags, or phone number in the search field.
Click the checkbox next to the contact’s information to select it from the list.
Click Confirm to add the contact to your sequence.

Other ways to enroll contacts in your sequence
You can also enroll contacts in your sequence from your inbox or other areas of the app, or using the TextUs Chrome extension in your CRM or ATS.
From your inbox or other areas
You can quickly add a contact to your sequence from the different areas in the TextUs web app by selecting one or more contacts, then clicking the Enroll in Sequence icon. This feature is available in the following areas:

Inbox | Available on any of the menus on the Inbox page. |
Campaigns | Available when viewing a campaign’s results. Not available for Failed or Omitted contacts. |
Contacts | Available on any of the menus on the Contacts page. |
Groups | Available for any contact who is added to a Group. |
Keyword Groups | Available for contacts listed in a Keyword Group. |
Using the TextUs Chrome extension
If you're using the TextUs Chrome extension in your CRM or ATS, you can enroll contacts in your sequence by completing the following steps:
While viewing a supported webpage, click the Find Numbers icon.
On the Numbers Found menu, select the checkbox next to the contacts you wish to enroll in your sequence.
Click the Enroll in Sequence icon, then select the sequence you wish to enroll those contacts in.
Review the enrollment list, then click Confirm.
