The Find Numbers feature pulls in any name phone number information listed on the webpage you are viewing, then displays the information in your TextUs Chrome extension. You can then import those contacts into your TextUs account, or send text messages, campaigns, and more to the contacts you select.
How to use Find Numbers
Open your CRM or ATS application in a Google Chrome browser. On a supported webpage that displays your contacts’ names and phone numbers, click the Find Numbers icon on the TextUs Chrome extension.
Note: For best results, we recommend using this feature with a supported integration page.
Any available contact names and corresponding phone numbers will be pulled into the TextUs Chrome extension. You can then select which contacts you want to import, and (optionally) whether or not you'd like to add them to a group.
To import your contacts, click Import Selected.
Note: In previous versions of our Chrome extension, contacts were automatically imported after clicking the Find Numbers button. This is no longer true. In order to import contacts, you must select them and then click Import Selected to complete the import process.
After the import is complete, you can select one or more contacts depending on which action you'd like to take. For example:
Send a message: Select up to nine individuals contacts, then select the Send message
option.
Send a campaign: Select ten or more contacts, then select the Send Campaign
option.
Enroll in a sequence: Select one or more contacts, then select the Enroll in sequence
option.
Add the contacts to a group: Select the contacts you wish to add, click the three-dot icon, then select Add Contacts to Group.
