Set your sequence to Inactive

Use the toggle switch on the Sequences page to set your sequence to Inactive and stop it from sending messages. After the sequence is set to Inactive, all contacts in the sequence are moved to a Finished, stopped status.

Archive a sequence

Archiving a sequence helps you clean up the sequences listed in the Inactive tab and moves all contacts in the sequence to a Finished status. After a sequence is archived it cannot be unarchived; however, it can still be duplicated.

To archive a sequence, complete the following steps:

  1. On the Automation page, click Sequences in the left sidebar.

  2. Click the vertical ellipsis next to the sequence and select Archive.

  3. On the Archive sequence menu prompt, click Archive to confirm.
