The TextUs Chrome extension makes it easy to add and manage contacts directly from a supported CRM, ATS, or other integration. There are several methods you can use to add or import contacts.

Add individual contacts manually
To add a contact manually, click the Contacts icon at the bottom of the TextUs Chrome extension, then click the Open Menu icon. Click Add Contact on the sidebar menu, enter the contact’s details in the empty fields on the New Contact menu, then click Save.
Add contacts from your CRM or ATS using Find Numbers
You can automatically add contacts from a supported CRM or ATS using the Find Numbers feature.
Open your CRM or ATS application in a Google Chrome browser.
On a supported page that displays your contacts’ names and phone numbers, click the Find Numbers icon on the TextUs Chrome extension.
The contact information is automatically imported into TextUs. From here, you can send a message, send a campaign, add them to a contact group, or take other actions available from the three-dot menu.
