For customers using the TextUs Chrome Extension, the click-to-text feature allows you to click a phone number in your CRM or ATS that has the TextUs logo next to it, then quickly open a text conversation with that contact and directly message them from that system.
Note: The Click-to-Text feature in the TextUs Chrome extension is currently only supported for Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and Bullhorn.
To disable the click-to-text feature in the TextUs Chrome extension, complete the following steps:
In your Google Chrome browser, click the extensions icon.
Select the three dot menu next to TextUs Chrome Extension, then select Manage Extension.
Select Extension Options, then toggle the switch for Use Click-to-Text off (gray). The click-to-text feature should now be disabled. You may need to refresh your browser to see the applied changes.
