Removing a contact

To remove a contact, select the contact on the contact list, then click the vertical ellipsis, and click Remove Contacts.

All contacts that have been removed within the past 30 days can be found in the Recently removed folder.

Note: For organizations that share contacts across messaging accounts, org admins must remove the contact from the organization account level to completely delete the contact from all accounts.

Restoring a removed contact

You can restore one or more contacts within the Recently removed folder to reverse their removal. Contacts removed more than 30 days ago will be permanently deleted and can no longer be restored.

To restore a contact, navigate to the Recently removed folder. Select the contact on the contact list, and then click the Restore Contacts button on the top right corner of the page.
