Analytics 2.0
We’re excited to announce the launch of Analytics 2.0. With our new Organization health page, you can optimize messaging and make fast, data-driven decisions from directly within the TextUs application — no CSV download required.
With this new page, you can:
View usage data, opt-out rate, response rate, and more all in once place
Configure the time period to evaluate the health of your organization over time
Understand your organization’s performance as whole, instead of drawing conclusions from isolated spreadsheet data

Note: This feature is currently only available at the Organization admin level. This page is only visible on Primary/Organization level accounts. Keep a look out for future releases, where we will expand access to Admins and branch accounts.
Detect and remove duplicate contacts
Without duplicate contact removal, users may mistakenly message the wrong contact version, miss prior interactions, or double-message contacts. With this release, you can now find and remove duplicate contacts from your contacts list with just a few clicks. This new feature automatically locates duplicates, introducing an easy, fast way to prevent mistakes and improve the efficiency of your workflows.

Flag custom unwanted content
You can now add any custom words or phrases that you would like to be flagged by our message quality indicator. This allows you to detect and prevent unwanted language that isn’t already included in our baseline list of profanity and spam indicators. Custom language additions may include content specific to your industry, use case, or brand.
