Install the TextUs Chrome extension

Before you start using the TextUs for Symplr CTM integration, you'll need to download and install the TextUs Chrome extension in your Chrome web browser. For more information, see Install the TextUs Chrome extension.

Note: For note logging support, please ensure your organization admin has configured the Symplr CTM integration in your TextUs organization settings.

Supported Pages

The TextUs Chrome extension supports Temp record types and list views in Symplr CTM.

How to use the TextUs Chrome extension with Symplr CTM

See the sections below for more information about how to use the TextUs Chrome extension with Symplr CTM.

Import and message contacts with the Find Numbers feature

The Find Numbers feature extracts any name and phone number information on a supported Symplr CTM list view or page view, then displays the information on the Imported Contacts menu.

You can then use batch actions to send targeted text messages, campaigns, or enroll contacts in a sequence (available with Automation licenses only).

View conversation history in Symplr CTM

Your Symplr CTM integration automatically logs all text conversations back to the corresponding Temp record. This allows your team to keep track of text communications and view previous TextUs conversations in one place.

You can view logged messages by clicking the View Text Conversations link on the Contact Data menu of a Temp’s profile. Each conversation includes the message direction (inbound or outbound), message details, user details, and timestamps.
